1 TB Italian herbs

2 tsp ground black pepper

2 tsp salt

1 tsp sugar

Mushroom Gravy

Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.  Add onions and cook for 5 minutes, until translucent.  Add tomato puree, crushed tomatoes, Italian herbs, garlic, pepper, salt and sugar.  Stir well.  Reduce heat to medium low and simmer, covered, for 60 minutes. 

2 TB butter

8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced

2 TB flour

1 TB olive oil

1 medium sweet onion, chopped small

2 tsp chopped garlic

28 oz tomato puree

28 oz crushed tomatoes

Easy Spaghetti Sauce

2 cups beef broth

1 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

1 tsp gravy master

Heat butter in medium saucepan over medium heat.  Add mushrooms and cook for 10 - 15 minutes until browned.  Add flour, mix well and cook for 5 minutes.  Add broth and pepper, mix well.  Cook for 5 minutes.  Add gravy master. Reduce heat to medium low and cook for 30 minutes.
