3 lbs russet potatoes

1/4 cup dry white wine

1 cup mayonniase

6 slices bacon, cooked until crispy


1/2 cup vegetable oil

1/3 cup rice wine vinegar

2 TB soy sauce

1 TB sesame oil

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp ground black pepper

sweet paprika

Peel the potatoes and cut into bite size cubes.  Cook potatoes in boiling salted water for 15 - 20 minutes, or until fork tender.  Drain and place in large bowl.  Add wine and gently mix.  Let stand for 20 minutes.  Crumble bacon.  Add mayonnaise, bacon, blue cheese, salt and pepper.  Mix well.  Add additional seasoning to taste.  Refrigerate for at lease 1 hour before serving.

Cook macaroni according to package directions.  Drain, rinse with cold water and place in large bowl.  Add celery to macaroni.  Add mayonnaise, celery salt, salt and pepper and mix well. Sprinkle top of salad with sweet paprika.  Refrigerate for at least one hour.

Salads

2 tsp honey

1 tsp finely chopped garlic

16 oz coleslaw mix

6 oz sliced banana peppers

12 oz roasted red peppers

1 pint grape tomatoes, cut in half

8 oz Italian dressing

In a bowl, combine vegetable oil, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and garlic.  Wisk until well blended.  Add coleslaw mix and stir well.  Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.

Cook tortellini according to package directions.  Drain, rinse with cold water and place in large bowl.  Add cheese and salami to tortellini.  Drain artichoke hearts, olives, and banana peppers.  Add to tortellini.  Drain roasted red peppers, cut into small pieces and add to tortellini.  Add grape tomatoes to tortellini.  Mix well.  Add Italian dressing and mix well. Refrigerate for at least one hour.

24 oz cheese tortellini

8 oz provolone cheese, cubed

8 oz genoa salami, cubed

12 oz marinated artichoke hearts

4 oz sliced black olives
