Sweet and Sour Chicken and Rice

Place chicken thighs in crock pot.  Add peppers, onions, pineapple, chili sauce, water, salt, garlic and pepper.  Cook on low for 6 hours.  Add rice mix and mix well.  Cook on high for 30 minutes or until rice is done.

1/2 cup water

1 tsp salt 

1 tsp granulated garlic

1 tsp ground black pepper

6.3 oz rice pilaf mix

Crock Pot

8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

2 red peppers, cut into bite-size pieces

1 sweet onion, cut into bite-size pieces

20 oz pineapple chunks in pineapple juice

12 oz chili sauce
